With our Estate and Grand packages, an onsite venue coordinator and event staff are with you. They know where the vendors need to unload, when the lights come on and how to keep a timeline moving without anyone noticing it's being moved.
Depending on the package, setup and cleanup crews, servers and bartenders handle the work that otherwise falls to your family at midnight.

Need something different? Ask us.
Packages can be adjusted around your event — staffing, guest count, setup and cleanup, bartending and server needs, or added services such as catering, photo and video, additional security and other event vendors. Bring the vendors you trust; our team works with your vision and keeps the day coordinated.
Availability of specific add-ons is confirmed case by case — we'll go through it together.

Questions we hear most
- What happens when the weather is hot or cold?
- The garden is built for Bakersfield. We have misters, fans and coolers for warm days, along with shaded and covered seating areas. For cooler evenings we bring in heaters.
- What if it rains?
- Canopies and tents can be added where appropriate. We'll talk through options for your date during your tour.
- How does alcohol work?
- You purchase and provide your own alcohol, and The Grand Venue provides the bartender. All alcohol service goes through our bartender, who supervises service, and no glass alcohol bottles are allowed at guest tables. Applicable legal drinking requirements must be followed.
- Can we bring our own vendors?
- Yes — bring the caterer, photographer, DJ and vendors you trust. The bartender is the one exception: that's provided by The Grand Venue.
- How long do we have the venue?
- Event-day access runs 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM midnight, plus four hours of rehearsal time prior to your event.
- How many guests can you hold?
- Up to 400 seated guests and 900+ standing.
- What's required to reserve a date?
- A $1,500 deposit reserves your date, along with a signed event contract and event insurance.
- Can a package be customized?
- Yes. Staffing, setup, cleanup, guest count, bartending and added services such as catering, photo and video or additional security can be discussed and built around your event.
